Accreditation - Export Section

To participate in electronic auctions for the sale of electricity in the export section of the Ukrainian Energy Exchange as a seller, you must:

1. Look through the Regulations on organizing and conducting an electronic auction on the purchase and sale of electricity for further export at the Ukrainian Energy Exchange
2. Conclude with Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC  an Agreement on on organizing and conducting an electronic auction on the purchase and sale of electricity for further export (agreement on the organization and participation in auctions). To do this, follow the link Online-accreditation to UEEX LLC (attachment "Export Section") and fill in the electronic form of the registration form, in which scanned archived documents are added, which must be valid (valid) at the time of their submission.
3. Complete an appropriate training course for working in the PP BETS  in the "Electric Power" version on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange.
4. Get a login and password for access to the PP BETS in the "Electric Power" version.
5. Participate in electronic auctions according to the auction schedule.

1. Look through the Regulations on organizing and conducting an electronic auction on the purchase and sale of electricity for further export at the Ukrainian Energy Exchange
2. Conclude with Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC  an Agreement on on organizing and conducting an electronic auction on the purchase and sale of electricity for further export (agreement on the organization and participation in auctions). 3. Complete an appropriate training course for working in the PP BETS  in the "Electric Power" version on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange.
4. Get a login and password for access to the PP BETS  in the "Electric Power" version.
5. Participate in electronic auctions according to the auction schedule.

IMPORTANT! Documents issued by the authorized state authorities of the country where the non-resident is located in accordance with the legislation of this state must be legalized (consular legalization or affixing an apostille) in the manner prescribed by law, unless otherwise provided by international treaties.

All documents written in a foreign language must be translated into Ukrainian with a certificate of the correctness of the translation from one language to another.
