Commodity exchange "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" holds exchange auctions for the realization of оil and gas condensate, in which the seller acts Public Joint Stock Company "Ukrnafta".



Exchange auctions in the electronic trading system


To participate in the exchange auctions in the electronic trading system one has to:

  1. Review the Rules of exchange trading at the LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange", Regulations on the lease of the exchange places at the LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" and Regulations for the organization and holding of exchange auctions in the electronic trading system for the sale of crude oil, gas condensate of own production and liquefied gas on the domestic market the LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange".
  2. Fill in The Application following the link "Electronic trading. Accreditation on-line" to acquire a status of a non-permanent member of the LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange". Non-residents fill the application form in the prescribed form and send it by e-mail: accredit@ueex.com.ua.
  3. Pass the Course of training in BETS System.
  4. Obtain login and password to the BETS.

Applications for participation in the exchange auctions in the electronic trading system from legal entities are accepted electronically in the Program Product "Electronic Exchange Trading System" (BETS). The receipt of applications begins with the creation (opening) of the trading session and lasts until 06:00 pm of the day preceding the day of the auction.

Attention! To participate in exchange auctions in the electronic trading system for sale of оil and gas condensate on the domestic market use of Qualified Signature (QES) is mandatory. QES can be obtained in one of the recommended AKCE (Accredited Key Certification Center), namely: Qualified ETS Provider DFS Information and Reference Department or AKCE "Key Systems" or ACSK of the Justice Authorities of Ukraine.

Exchange auctions in the form of trading "with a voice"

Exchange auctions in the form of trading "with a voice" are held in accordance with the Regulations for the organization and holding of exchange auctions in the form of trading "with a voice" for the sale of crude oil, gas condensate of own production and liquefied gas on the domestic market at the LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange".

Applications for participation in the exchange auctions in the form of trading "with a voice" are accepted from legal entities at Kyiv, Bohdana Khmelnytskoho 17/52 st., (BC "Leonardo"), 4-th floor every working day from 9:00 am to 06:00 pm. Receipt of the applications begins with the announcement of information about exposed volumes and continues until 06:00 pm of the day preceding the day of the auction.
