Electronic exchange trading for the procurement of methanol and other raw materials are carried out in the Software Product "Electronic Exchange Trading System" (BETS).

The trading is conducted in accordance with the Rules of exchange trading at LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" and Regulations on the conduct of electronic exchange auctions at LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange".

To participate in electronic exchange trading legal persons and individual entrepreneurs residents/non-residents eligible under the current legislation of Ukraine, acquiring the status of a non-permanent member of the Exchange.

To participate in the electronic exchange auctions for the purchase of raw materials it is necessary:

  1. Review the Rules of exchange trading at LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange", Regulations on the lease of the exchange places at LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" and Regulations on the electronic exchange trading at LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange".
  2. Fill in The Application following the link "Electronic trading. Accreditation on-line" to acquire a status of a non-permanent member of the LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange". Non-residents fill the application form in the prescribed form and send it by e-mail: accredit@ueex.com.ua.
  3. Pass the Course of training in BETS System.
  4. Obtain login and password to the BETS.
  5. Take part in the electronic exchange trading according to the trading schedule.

To participate in the electronic exchange trading for the purchase of methanol by JSC "Ukrgasvydobuvannya" it is necessary to:

  1. Review the Rules of exchange trading at LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange", Regulations on the lease of the exchange places at LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" and Regulations on the electronic exchange trading at LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange".
  2. Fill in The Application following the link "Electronic trading. Accreditation on-line" to acquire a status of a non-permanent member of the LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange". Non-residents fill the application form in the prescribed form and send it by e-mail: accredit@ueex.com.ua.
  3. Pass the Course of training in BETS System.
  4. Obtain login and password to the BETS.
  5. Take part in the electronic exchange trading according to the trading schedule.
  6. Fill in the application form for participation in methanol trading.
  7. To pass the pre-qualification of PJSC "Ukrgasvydobyvannya" and submit to the address purchasetender@ugv.com.ua the following documents:
    • A document confirming that the company is: the manufacturer or authorized seller of the manufacturer or an authorized dealer with a valid agreement with the manufacturer;
    • The Charter (Position), Foundation agreement, decision on establishment of a business entity);
    • Extract from the register of payers of value added tax (if the Counterparty is the payer of value added tax);
    • The document confirming powers of the person signing the Contract (passport and a copy of the order or a copy of power of attorney, or a copy of the decision of the Supreme management body of the legal entity or other document confirming the right of the person on signing the Contract);
    • Extract /statement/certificate from the Unified State Register of legal entities and physical persons-entrepreneurs;
    • Certificate about registering of payer of taxes into the STI or the certificate of single tax payer;
    • Balance sheet for the last reporting period (in accordance with article ___ of the Tax Code of Ukraine);
    • Permission to carry out certain activities, if such approval is necessary in accordance with applicable law for a certain type of activity (license, patent, certificate, etc.);
    • Certificate from the Bank about opening a current account with data that will be specified in the Contract;
    • Reference from Bank about absence (presence) of overdue debt on loans, which must be dated not earlier than the last day of the quarter preceding the announcement publication of the trading;
    • Certificate from STI on absence of tax debt, which must be dated not earlier than the last day of the quarter preceding the announcement publication of the trading;
    • Certificate of the state body for bankruptcy issues about the absence of initiated proceedings on bankruptcy and the absence of a decision about recognition as a bankrupt;
    • Information on the actual location of the Counterparty and phone numbers of the Director and Chief Accountant or a person performing its functions.

LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" provides free technical access to the Software product "Electronic Exchange Trading System" (BETS) using a remote computer workstation in the status of "Observers" to the media and public authorities, as well as on a contractual basis to other interested people.
