The Ukrainian Energy Exchange constantly provides information and methodological support to energy market participants through trainings, consultations, educational events, etc.

To improve preparation for participation in electronic auctions, we launched an online training and testing platform.

The curriculum allows you to effectively master the tools of electronic exchange trading and navigate the regulated procedures for submitting applications, forming positions, and participating in trades (auctions).

Training on the platform will help prevent financial losses of participating companies due to possible brokerage errors.

As part of the program, students will gain knowledge of:

  • user functionality in the exchange's trading systems;
  • types and features of trading sessions;
  • creating and maintaining applications;
  • requirements of regulatory documents governing exchange trading;
  • practical aspects of interaction with the trading system in different market segments.

The program is intended for a wide range of trading participants - both producers and suppliers, traders, supply operators and other companies that carry out transactions of purchase and sale of electricity and energy resources on the exchange. The curriculum allows you to effectively master the tools of electronic exchange trading and navigate the regulated procedures for submitting applications, forming positions, and participating in trades (auctions).

The platform covers:

  • Exchange Electronic Trading System (ETS) — for energy market participants;
  • The Exchange Electronic Trading System (ETS) in the Electric Power version — for electricity market participants;
  • Energy Trading Platform (ETP) — for participants on the short-term natural gas market.

The training is free of charge.

  3. Choose a suitable course and take it at your convenience.
