Over-the-counter operations at UEEX are carried out by reporting in accordance with Rules for OTC transactions a the commodity exchange - "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" Limited Liability Company.
Registration of transactions and information regarding its implementation by means of reporting takes place in the information system of Electronic reporting register (ERR).
To gain an access to ERR you need:
- to pass ACCREDITATION in accordance with Regulations of exchange place lease at the commodity exchange - "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" Limited Liability Company and conclude exchange place lease Agreement (for new Clients);
- conclude with Exchange Agreement on provision of services for registration of over-the-counter contracts;
- provide Power of attorney for an authorized representative in order to work at ERR;
- to receive from the Exchange ERR access parameters in the form of a login and password;
- complete a training course for work at the ERR.
For registration of market participants which are already accredited at Ukrainian Energy Exchange and obtained a status of non-permanent member of the Exchange (concluded o Contract of Exchange place lease) - just follow the link "Accreditation. For acting Client" after choosing the accreditation type "Exchange trades", enter your email and password, select Document type: "Access to OTC operations" and download the necessary documents.
- Agreement on provision of services for registration of over-the-counter contracts;
- Power of Attorney to authorized representative (if necessary)
Attention! To carry out over-the-counter transactions, the market participant has the right to appoint an authorized natural person exclusively from the number of persons accredited by LLC "UEEX" as a broker. The number and date of the Agreement are assigned by "UEEX" LLC.
