Trading operations for the purchase and sale of electricity on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange in commercial sections are carried out:
- for further export in accordance with the Regulations for organizing and holding an electronic auction for the sale and purchase of electricity for further export on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange.
An order for placing a position within the framework of an auction is entered into the PP BETS in the form of a position (positions) for sale and/or purchase in open trading sessions in the PP BETS.
The sellers at auctions are:
- any participants of the electricity market who intend to sell electricity in accordance with the terms of the auction, except for participants of the electricity market limited by the current legislation.
The buyers at auctions are:
- non-resident legal entities that intend to purchase electricity in accordance with the terms of the auction.
