Electronic exchange trading is carried out in accordance with the Regulations for exchange trading in natural gas stored in gas storages under the customs regime "customs warehouse", at the commodity exchange - Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC (Regulations).
Electronic exchange trading is carried out in the Software Product "Exchange Electronic Trading System" (PP BETS) in the version "UGS - customs warehouse". PP BETS address on the Internet: ugsbets.ueex.com.ua. The work of PP BETS is debugged in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
ДIn order to gain access to exchange trading in natural gas stored in gas storages under the customs regime "customs warehouse", participants must be accredited.

Only the volume of natural gas to which the Voluntary Refusal is applied can be put up for exchange trading. A Voluntary Refusal is registered on the information platform of the Gas Storage Operator on the basis of the Preliminary Application of the Bidder - the Seller, which is submitted in accordance with the User Manual of the Information Platform of the Gas Storage Operator. The seller can use only one Voluntary Refusal within one trading session for one batch of natural gas
The settlement period (payment for the exchange commodity by the buyer) begins from the moment of signing the exchange agreement and ends at 10:00 am Kyiv time (UTC + 2) of the calendar day, the fifth after the trading day. In cases stipulated by the Regulations, the settlement period may be extended by 48 hours.
The amount of the Guarantee fee is transferred by the trading participant to the current account of the Exchange with the purpose of payment:

If the key value is entered incorrectly in the text of the payment purpose, the corresponding amount will not be credited to the analytical account of PP BETS, but will be returned as erroneously transferred funds to the current account of the trading participant upon a written application from the trading participant signed by the head or other authorized person such a bidder, and a seal (if any) transmitted in any convenient way (facsimile, e-mail, etc.) with the subsequent sending of the original by mail.» The key value in the payment destination text consists of a hashtag character ("#" character) and abbreviations in Latin capital letters UGS, entered without spaces - #UGS)..
