Electronic auctions for the sale of electricity are held in the Software Product "Exchange Electronic Trading System" (PP BETS) in the version "Electric Power" in accordance with the Regulations for organizing and conducting an electronic auction for the sale of electrical energy on a commodity exchange - Ukrainian Energy Exchange Limited Liability Company (hereinafter - the Regulation), the Procedure for holding electronic auctions for the sale of electrical energy under bilateral contracts (hereinafter - the Procedure), approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 5, 2019 No. 499.

Participants in the auction are allowed to participate in the auction in the form of a special session for the sale of lot packages - buyers who meet the requirements specified in clause 50 of the Procedure and the Regulations and have passed the appropriate registration at UEEX LLC.

Electricity market participants who plan to participate in auctions in the status of buyers in the form of a special session for the sale of lot packages, in order to confirm compliance with the requirements established by clause 50 of the Procedure, no later than 24 hours before the start of such an auction, additionally (one-time) provide the Organizer auction:

• *a certificate (drawn up in any form and signed by an authorized person of the buyer) on the buyer’s ownership structure, including compliance with the criteria defined in paragraph three and / or four of clause 50 of the Procedure
• *a copy of a license to carry out economic activities for the transportation of passengers, dangerous goods and hazardous waste by rail, certified by a licensee who meets the requirements specified in the second paragraph of clause 50 of the Procedure

*In the event that there have been changes in certain documents provided by a participant in the electric energy market, such a buyer is obliged to provide the Auction Organizer with updated documents and / or information within 3 (three) business days from the date of such changes.

A participant wishing to take part in an electronic auction must, before the start of the auction, or directly during the bidding period, submit an application for participation in the auction for the selected items and ensure at the time of submitting such an application at the PP BETS (Electric Power) account is required for participation in the auction of the amount of the guarantee fee, according to the application submitted by such a participant based on the starting price and coverage of the commission fee.

Participant’s applications are admitted to the auction automatically within the available amount of the guarantee fee on the General account.
