The auction is held using the SINGLE ACCOUNT system in accordance with the Temporary Regulations on the organization of a pilot project for the application of the single account system in exchange trading for the sale of untreated timber/ firewood on the commodity exchange - Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Temporary Regulations).

To participate in the auction for the sale of untreated timber you need:
1. Participants - buyers who have passed accreditation at Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC are allowed to participate in the auction. (https://www.ueex.com.ua/accreditation/unprocessed-timber-accreditation/) and signed an Application for accession to the clearing service agreement with UCH LLC.
2. Submit an Application for accession to the Temporary Regulations via the Exchange's ETS with the mandatory electronic signature of the trading participant's broker.
3. Replenish the participant's clearing account in the clearing accounting system of UCH LLC in order to ensure the necessary amount of funds within the available balance of the guarantee fee for use in exchange trading on UEEX LLC, which allows covering the amount of the guarantee fee as a means of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations arising from the participant in connection with his participation in the auction, in accordance with the procedure determined by UCH LLC in accordance with the Regulations for conducting clearing activities in the direction "Untreated timber and lumber"

To ensure that the participants fulfill their obligations under the exchange agreement(s) concluded at UEEX LLC based on the results of the auction for the sale of untreated timber using the SINGLE ACCOUNT system and to ensure payment of the commission fee, the bidder, the buyer, transfers a guarantee fee to UCH LLC, which is 5% of the price offer (bid) in the auction.
To make a payment of the guarantee fee, the bidder must replenish his clearing account in the clearing accounting system of UCH LLC by transferring funds to the bank account of UCH LLC with the mandatory indication in the purpose of the payment:

where: UAH-0000000000 - the clearing account number of the Organization to which funds must be credited; UEEX - trading platform identifier; Untreated timber and lumber - name of the direction according to the directory; other - static text (note excluding VAT)».
Attention! When making a guarantee fee, it is MANDATORY to indicate the FULL purpose of the payment for correct and timely crediting of funds..
The guarantee fee funds must be transferred by the bidder to the bank account of UCH LLC and credited to its clearing account by the time the bidder submits a price offer (bid) during exchange trading in accordance with the Temporary Regulations.
The participant in exchange trading, the buyer, independently determines the amount to be transferred to his clearing account, taking into account his expectations regarding participation in exchange trading and the corresponding amount of the guarantee fee that will need to be paid to participate in such exchange trading.
The data processing fee is paid for the Agent's services by the auction participants (buyers) based on the results of participation in the auction for the sale of untreated timber/firewood, in the event that the participant (buyer) submits price offers (bids) during the auction, in the amount in accordance with the Tariffs for Commodity Exchange Services - Ukrainian Energy Exchange Limited Liability Company and is UAH 500.00 (including/excluding VAT), based on the invoice issued, which is generated in the Exchange's ETS, within 3 (three) business days from the date of the Auction.
The participant who submitted a price offer (bid) during the auction confirms his/her agreement with the terms of participation in the auction, certifies unconditional consent to the processing of their personal data, implementation of the Regulations on the organization and conduct of exchange trades for the purchase and sale of untreated timber and lumber on the commodity exchange - Ukrainian Energy Exchange Limited Liability Company, the Temporary Regulations, confirms the legal significance of his/her actions during participation in the auction, in particular actions taken in the ETS and using the ETS, as well as their consequences.
