Guaranteed Buyer sold 1000 lots of guarantees of origin at UEEX

On March 14, the Ukrainian Energy Exchange held an auction for the sale of Guaranteed Buyer Guarantees of Origin (GOE) for electricity generated from renewable sources. The initiator was SE Guaranteed Buyer. The company has successfully sold 1000 lots of RES (MWh).

• Production period: December 2024
• Generating unit: without reference to the period of commissioning.

The weighted average price was 12.99.

“Transparent trade in guarantees of origin contributes to the development of renewable energy, giving businesses and consumers the opportunity to consciously choose clean energy. This is an important step towards increasing the share of renewable sources in the country’s energy balance,” said Oleksandr Kovalenko, CEO of UEEX.
