The Ukrainian Energy Exchange conducts regular trading in untreated timber, adhering to the principles of competition, transparency, and accessibility. The exchange pays special attention to the proper execution of concluded agreements. To this end, a monitoring system operates on the licensed trading platform, which provides for constant dialogue with participants, advisory support of current agreements, and control of the transfer of sold raw materials to the buyer.

In addition, UEEX offers a convenient analytics module with daily updated data on exchange execution, available to all users on the exchange’s website.

As of October 1, 2025, according to the results of the III quarter, the overall level of fulfillment of agreements for the purchase and sale of untreated timber on the UEEX was 91.4% - this is a record figure. It was achieved thanks to the systematic work of the exchange, the responsible attitude of trading participants to their obligations, and effective reforms implemented in the forestry industry.

Among sellers, the largest amount of untreated timber was sold by the State Enterprise "Forests of Ukraine" - 553,282.638 m3, and 507,638.305 m3 or 91.8% was actually shipped, which is a record figure among all sellers. Communal forestry sold 9,812.175 m3 of the resource, 7,858.353 m3 were actually shipped, which is 80.1%. Other sellers sold 15,500.588 m3 of raw material, 13,253.581 m3 or 85.5% were actually shipped.

In terms of offices of the State Enterprise "Forests of Ukraine", the Capital Office sold the largest amount of untreated timber - 267,542.532 m3, 242,764.807 m3 were actually shipped, which is 90.7%. The Carpathian Forest Office sold 158,802.13 m3 of resources, 150,414.874 m3 or 94.7% were actually shipped. The Podolsk Forest Office sold 126,937.976 m3 of raw materials, 114,458.624 m3 of raw materials were actually shipped, which is 90.2%.

According to the results of the third quarter of this year, we have a record level of fulfillment of agreements for the purchase and sale of untreated timber - 91.4%.
