In connection with the introduction of martial law in Ukraine from February 24, 2022, in accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, and guided by the letters of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine dated March 30, 2022 No. 26 / 1.3-24.1-40 dated May 14, 2022 No. 26 / 1.2-7.1-6367 until the end of martial law, exchange (auction) bulletins and bulletins of weighted average prices are not available for viewing on the site, and information on this auction can be found in the trading system at the link bets.ueex.com.ua
The following positions are presented for electronic exchange trading:

Electronic exchange trading for the sale of petroleum products is carried out in the Exchange Electronic Trading System (PP BETS) Software Product in accordance with the Rules for Exchange Trading on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange Trade Union and the Regulations for Conducting Electronic Exchange Trading on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange Trade Union.
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who have such a right in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine can participate in electronic exchange trading by acquiring the status of a non-permanent member of the exchange.
Participants of electronic exchange trades, wishing to participate in electronic exchange trades, should ensure the availability on the general account in the PP BETS the amount of guarantee fee necessary for participation in trading in the amount of 5 (five) percent of the total cost in accordance with the bids submitted by the participant, based on the starting price.
- by 21.11.2025 until 09:50 p.m. to submit requests in the form of sale/purchase positions and/or
- by 21.11.2025 until 09:50 p.m., or directly during the trading period, apply for participation in trading on selected positions.

Attention! In case of incorrect entry of the key value in the text of payment assignment, the corresponding amount will not be credited to the general account in PP BETS, but will be returned as mistakenly transferred funds to the current account of the participant of electronic exchange trades on a written application from such participant signed by his manager or other authorized person and stamp (if available), transferred by any convenient means (by fax, e-mail, etc.) with the subsequent sending of the original by mail. The key value in the payment destination text consists of the hashtag symbol (the "#" symbol) and the abbreviation in Latin, capital letters UEEXBETS, entered without passes - #UEEXBETS).
The electronic auctions runs from 10 o’clock 00 minutes till 12 o’clock 00 minutes on 21.11.2025 If as at 12 o’clock 00 minutes on any of the positions trading is still ongoing, the electronic auctions continues until the end of the trading on the last of the lots/batch of joint lots, which are still trading.
The winners of electronic exchange trading within 3 days pay the exchange fee to the Exchange in the amount of 0.01% of the cost of the purchased products according to the invoice formed in the BETS PP.
LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" conducts accreditation of journalists and media workers for electronic exchange trading conducted in the Software Product "Exchange Electronic Trading System" (PP BETS).
