Over the past month, the Ukrainian Energy Exchange held 130 trading sessions in the PP BETS, 88 auctions for the purchase and sale of electricity in the PP BETS in the “Electric Power” version, and four trading sessions each day were held by the exchange on the short-term natural gas market.
According to their results, 3,414.59 thousand MWh of electricity, 95.42 thousand tons of oil and gas condensate, 10.68 thousand tons of liquefied gas and oil products, and 41.82 million cubic meters of natural gas were sold.
In addition, 167 auctions were held in August in the category “Untreated timber and lumber” The total sales volume in this category amounted to 180.31 thousand cubic meters.
"August figures show that basic demand for key energy resources remains stable, confirming the effectiveness of exchange mechanisms as a tool for ensuring transparency and fair competition on the market.
