On June 12, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission celebrates 30 years of operation. Ukrainian Energy Exchange sincerely congratulates the Commission, its members and employees on this important event. We thank you for your long-term cooperation, openness to dialogue and support in creating clear and transparent rules on the exchange market.

In recent years, the UEEX has been actively working with the NSSMC to develop regulated exchange trading. It is not only about creating new regulations, but also about adapting to current economic conditions.

We should also note joint efforts in the segments of energy, timber and other commodity trading. Exchanges, as organizers of electronic trading, are playing an increasingly important role in creating a fair and competitive environment. Success in these directions has largely been made possible by clear regulation and consistent approaches from the NSSMC.

The market is actively changing - the number of participants is growing, technologies are improving, and access to information is improving. We see progress in the introduction of modern tools - electronic trading, digital accounting, etc. These changes increase confidence in the exchange mechanism on the part of the state, business and the public," says Kostiantyn Shevchuk, CEO Deputy of UEEX.

Some of the approaches used in Ukraine today are based on international experience. And some of the solutions developed in our country are already attracting the attention of colleagues from abroad. This indicates that we are not only catching up, but in some cases we can set the direction.

There are still many important tasks ahead: expanding the range of exchange instruments, further integration with the European market, and increasing attractiveness for investors. This requires joint work, dialog, and a flexible approach to change.

The Ukrainian Energy Exchange sincerely wishes the Commission new successes, stability, effective interaction with market participants and inspiration in implementing future decisions.
