The following results were showed at UEEX at untreated timber auctions:
- Exhibited volume was 17,67 th. c. m;
- Sold timber 13,96 th. c. m;
- Untreated timber sales value was UAH 46,45 mln. (incl. VAT);
- State received additional income during English auction trades for the amount of UAH 3,87 mln. (incl. VAT).
The distribution of untreated timber sales was as follows: 56% - firewood, 44% - round timber.
Round timber
For the reporting period 6,11 th. c.m. of round timber for the total amount of UAH 32,29 mln. (excl. VAT).
Pine, oak, and spruce were the most popular species sold, with their share in the total structure amounting to 56,62%, 13,54%, and 12,23%, respectively. We also sold such species as alder, birch, beech, ash, fir and others.
The maximum increase from the starting price was recorded at 123%. Given that the auction step is 1%, the maximum number of steps was 123 for alder, 110 for birch, and 74 for pine.

Firewood
During the reporting period, the volume of firewood sales amounted to 7,85 th. c. m. for the amount of UAH 14,15 million (including VAT).
The vast majority of firewood (88%) was sold for industrial use, while 12% was sold for non-industrial use.
Among firewood, beech and birch firewood were in the highest demand, accounting for 46% and 21% of sales.

Price index
The largest upward trend among roundwood price indices was shown by alder, which grew by 12% to UAH 6112,54 per cubic meter including VAT.
In turn, the maximum decline was observed for fir. The weighted average price index amounted to UAH 2621,70 per cubic meter including VAT, which is 18% less than last week.

The price index for non-industrial firewood of the second group increased the most, reaching UAH 1342,65 per cubic meter including VAT.
Among all types of firewood, the cost of firewood of the third group decreased the most, which now amounts to 808,56 UAH/cubic meter including VAT, which is 15% less than the previous figure.
